The Lonely Goat is Stowe, Vermont's, best little kept secret. A hip little Airbnb guest apartment inside an authentic 1850s Vermont farmhouse located in close proximity to Stowe Mountain Resort. Sitting just above the Waterbury Reservoir, The Lonely Goat is fantastically convenient to world-class skiing at Stowe Mountain Resort (and Sugarbush/Mad River Glen/Bolton), paddling, hiking, biking, and leaf-peeping. Rent a canoe or SUP and spend a day on the beautiful Waterbury Reservoir with public beach 1 block away from the Lonely Goat.

The Lonely Goat is a large studio apt with its own private entrance and keyless entry, a fully-equipped kitchenette and large bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and rainfall shower. Innkeeper Jane makes organic lavender eucalyptus bath salts for guests to enjoy in the tub after skiing or hiking.
